Liability Waiver and Equipment Use Policy

By renting equipment from Wrecking Crew Rental Equipment, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You assume full responsibility for the safe operation of the equipment during the rental period.
You agree to operate the equipment only for its intended purpose and within its design limits.
You confirm that you and/or your designated operators are properly trained and capable of using the equipment.
You accept liability for any damage to the equipment occurring during your rental period, except for mechanical failure due to normal wear.
You accept liability for any injury, property damage, or consequential damage arising from the use of the equipment.
Wrecking Crew Rental Equipment, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the equipment's fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to inspect the equipment before use and notify Wrecking Crew Rental Equipment, LLC of any concerns prior to operation.

Use of the equipment signifies your acceptance of these terms.

All equipment is for pickup and return only — customer is responsible for providing suitable transportation (trailer or vehicle).
Equipment may be picked up and returned only during regular business hours, unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Equipment is intended for use within Oakland County, Michigan and surrounding areas.
Use outside this area is permitted, but renters should be aware that support availability may be limited for distant locations.

Equipment is rented with a full tank of fuel.
If returned without a full tank, a fuel replacement fee of $7.00 per gallon will be charged to cover fuel and handling.

Equipment must be returned in reasonably clean condition.
Excessive dirt, mud, concrete, or debris will incur a cleaning fee of $25 to $75, depending on severity.

The customer is fully responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
