Booking, Pickup, and Delivery
Q1: How do pickup, delivery, and return times work?
You’ll select your rental dates and times using the blue date-picker bar at the top of each product page. After choosing your dates, click Apply, then Add to Cart. The bar turns black when your times are saved, and you can adjust them anytime before checkout.
- Delivery: If you choose delivery, we’ll bring the equipment to your specified address and pick it up when your rental ends.
- Pickup: If you’re picking up yourself, you’ll need to bring your own properly rated trailer. Trailers are not included with rentals.

Hours: Pickups and returns are available 7 days a week, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM.
You’ll receive a confirmation email after booking.
Q2: If I don't want delivery, how do I pick up the equipment myself?
Bring your own properly rated trailer to our Waterford, MI location near the Pontiac Airport (just off M-59). We’ll have your rental prepped and ready at your scheduled time. Trailers are not included with rentals.
Please make sure:
- Your trailer and towing vehicle are properly rated for the equipment.
- You have tie-down straps or other gear to secure the load.
- You review the listed weights on product pages to confirm your trailer’s capacity.
If you don’t have a trailer or prefer not to haul, delivery is available. Select it at checkout to see pricing and availability.
Q3: Where do I pick up the equipment?
We’re located at 1641 Balian Rd, Unit F55, Waterford, MI 48327, near the Pontiac Airport, just off M-59. Our unit is in the front building, facing Balian Rd. Please bring your own trailer or choose delivery at checkout.
Q4: Can I pick up or drop off outside of my scheduled time?
Pickups and returns are by appointment at your scheduled times. If you need to make a change, contact us as early as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate, but last-minute changes may not always be possible.
Q5: What if I finish my job early or need more time?
We know projects don’t always go as planned.
- If you finish early: You can return equipment ahead of schedule (by appointment), but rentals are billed for the period you booked.
- If you need more time: Contact us as soon as possible to extend your rental—extensions depend on availability.

Q6: How far do you deliver?
We deliver within 15 miles of the Pontiac Airport, and delivery pricing is automatically calculated at checkout based on distance. If your location isn’t shown or you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll confirm availability.
Pricing and Payment
Q7: Can I rent over a weekend or for multiple days?
Yes. We offer weekend and multi-day rentals with pickups and returns available any day of the week. Pricing adjusts automatically based on rental length, so the longer you rent, the lower your average daily rate.
Q8: How does pricing work for longer rentals?
Our pricing automatically discounts the daily rate as your rental period increases, with savings building through Day 7. After that, each additional day is billed at a flat, low daily rate.
Example:
- 1 day = $180
- 3 days = $495
- 7 days = $799
- 10 days = $1,096 (7 days at $799 + 3 extra days at $99/day)
Q9: Why is there a security deposit, and how is it calculated?
Each rental includes a refundable security deposit to cover potential damage or loss. The deposit is the same regardless of rental length and is refunded within 3 days of return, provided the equipment is in good condition. Normal wear is expected, and deposits are never kept for standard use. Deposits are shown clearly at checkout.
Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Equipment and Attachments
Q11: What attachments are included with the Mini Skid Steer rental?
Every mini skid steer rental includes a standard 42" bucket for lifting, grading, and cleanup.
Other attachments—such as the 4-in-1 bucket, grapple, auger, or excavator—are available separately at standard daily or multi-day rates. You can add them during checkout.
The trailer hitch attachment is free with a mini skid steer rental (deposit required). Add it to your order during booking.
Q12: Can I rent just an attachment without the mini skid steer?
Yes. If you have a compatible mini skid steer, you can rent attachments separately. We’re happy to provide a quick walkthrough at pickup if you’d like.
Please note:
- It’s your responsibility to ensure compatibility (coupler type, hydraulic flow, size, etc.).
- We’re happy to test fit the attachment at our facility before rental.
- We cannot guarantee performance once it leaves our premises, and customers are responsible for any damage caused by incompatibility or improper use.
Returns and Equipment Care
Q13: Do I need to return the equipment cleaned or fueled?
Yes. Please return equipment reasonably clean and refueled to keep it ready for the next customer. A cleaning or refueling fee may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty or low on fuel.
Q14: What happens if something breaks during my rental?
If something goes wrong, stop using the equipment immediately and contact us. We’ll help troubleshoot the issue and work to get you back on track quickly.
Troubleshooting & Tips
Q15: I’m having trouble booking on Firefox mobile using my phone. What should I do?
We’ve identified a bug in Firefox mobile that may prevent scrolling on product pages after selecting dates. If this happens, please try using Chrome, Safari, or Samsung Internet on your mobile device, or book from a desktop browser. You may need to disable adblockers to ensure smooth functionality on some browsers (there are no ads here.)
