A: Our rentals are available exclusively to approved businesses and professionals. If you’re a contractor, landscaper, property manager, or other service provider, you can request access request access here.
Q: Is there a cost to register or apply?
A: No — registration is free. We just ask a few quick questions to make sure we’re a good fit for your business needs.
Q: What attachments are included with the rental?
A: Each rental includes the mini skid steer with a standard bucket — ideal for general lifting, grading, and cleanup work. Additional attachments like the 4-in-1 bucket, grapple, auger, or excavator are available and can be rented separately at standard daily, weekend or weekly rates. You can add them during the booking process to suit the job you're tackling.
Q: How do I pick up the equipment?
A: You bring your own trailer to our location just off of M59 in Waterford, MI. - right near the airport. We’ll have everything prepped and ready for a smooth handoff during your scheduled pickup time.
Q: Can I rent over a weekend or for multiple days?
A: Absolutely. In addition to a low daily price, we offer special weekend and weekly rates to keep things affordable for longer jobs.
Q: How does the weekend rate work, and can it apply to longer rentals like Friday to Monday?
A: Yes! Our weekend discount applies anytime your rental includes a full, 3-day weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), even if it starts earlier or ends later. For example, if you rent from Friday to Monday (4 days):
- The first three days (Friday–Sunday) are considered the weekend and qualify for our 44.5% discount.
- The fourth day (Monday) is billed at the standard daily rate.
Example:
Regular daily rate = $180
Weekend (3 days): $540 → discounted to $299.70
Monday: $180
Total: $479.70 (plus tax)
You get more time with the machine without paying full price for every day — perfect for squeezing in extra work around the weekend.
The discount is applied automatically during checkout — no codes or special steps needed.
Q: Why is there a security deposit, and how is it calculated?
A: Each item in your order includes a refundable security deposit, which helps cover potential damage or loss. The deposit is typically a percentage of the item's daily rental rate and is fully refundable when the equipment is returned in good condition. Deposits are shown clearly at checkout.
Q: Do I need to return the equipment cleaned or fueled?
A: Yes — please return equipment reasonably clean and with the fuel topped off. This helps us keep everything ready for the next customer.
