Could you or your business, nonprofit, church, club, or online community benefit from a monthly referral payout?

Give your customers, members or social media followers 5% off when they use your referral code during online booking.  You earn 5% per completed rental.  Good for them, good for you. 

How it works (3 steps):

1. Apply for a partner code (free).
2. Share your code with customers, members, or followers.
3. Get paid monthly: you earn 5% per completed rental.

Program basics:

• Customer discount: 5% with your code (unlimited uses).
• Your payout: 5% of the post-discount, pre-tax subtotal for equipment; excludes deposits, taxes, delivery/other fees.
• Eligibility: Applies to any completed rental where the code is entered at checkout. No limit on number of uses per customer.
• Payouts: By check, after rental completion; paid monthly; $25 minimum (smaller balances roll over).
• Cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes.
• Self-use of your own code: allowed.

Some ways you can promote the code are with a card, sign on the counter, blurb on your website, invoice footer, social media post, community group or word-of-mouth.

How to apply? Use our Contact Us page and include the following in your message:

1:  Name or Organization
2:  Email + phone
3:  Payout name and address to send payout
4:  State that you agree to the program terms (below):

Terms: 5% referral for completed rental; excludes deposits, taxes, delivery fees; payouts after completion, monthly with $25 minimum (lesser amounts roll over to the next month); W-9 at $600+ YTD. Program may be cancelled by either party at any time.
